The Burroughs Corporate Ethics Program is designed to promote employee awareness of our commitment to conduct business in compliance with the highest ethical standards, adhering to our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and pertinent laws and regulations.
The Burroughs General Counsel is the chairperson of the Burroughs Ethics Committee, and directs the program. In this role, he is responsible for managing the Corporate Ethics Office in order that Burroughs complies with applicable laws and regulations related to ethical business practices around the world.

The Burroughs Code of Ethics and Business Conduct is provided to assist employees in understanding what is expected of them as they carry out their responsibilities at Burroughs. Burroughs expects that our partners, suppliers, consultants and contractors will be guided by this Code as well.
