Anson Martin joined Burroughs as CEO in July 2019.
Before joining Burroughs, Anson was Chief Commercial Officer at ZPower, a high-tech manufacturer of silver-zinc microbatteries. Prior to ZPower, he held various leadership roles in sales, marketing, business development, product development, and general management at Inventus Power, a leading global lithium-ion battery pack manufacturer. During his 19-year tenure there, Anson lived and worked in the U.K., China, and the U.S. He was an integral part of four ownership transitions to ABB, TE Connectivity, as well as private equity.
Anson holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and a MBA from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT).
Anson has driven transformational growth and diversification throughout his career and believes strongly in the character of the team, power of perspective, cultural engagement, speed, and a focus on delivering the best answer to the customer.
Dan Fechalos joined Burroughs as Chief Operating Officer in December of 2019.
Before joining Burroughs, Dan held various leadership positions at Convergint Technologies, NCR, and Diebold Nixdorf, where he successfully led dynamic and complex teams across the U.S. and Canada. His extensive experience in building and leading teams in the areas of program management, field operations, and service infrastructure—as well as managing national account relationships and sales leadership—is key to Burroughs’ operational transformation initiatives. Dan has a proven track record in the development and execution of business growth and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at expanding market presence, improving service, promoting customer relationships, and increasing revenue.
Dan holds a master’s degree from North Central College and a B.S. from Southern Illinois University.
Steve joined Burroughs as Chief Financial Officer in June 2020.
He leads all of the finance and information technology functions for Burroughs, and he plays an integral role in the growth and strategy of the company. Steve has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, public corporations, and private equity-backed companies. Most recently, Steve was the CFO at FTD and President and CFO at Bally Total Fitness. Under Steve’s leadership, he successfully developed and implemented numerous short- and long-term financial and IT objectives, which strategically enhanced performance and business opportunities. Earlier in his career, he worked for Grant Thornton.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
